


As the founders and original developers of the Bajamar Ocean Front Golf Resort and other tourist attractions throughout Mexico, our passion has always been to build communities that set the standard for premium resort living. This is why it gives us great pleasure and enthusiasm to announce our plans to begin development of a new community to compliment the charm and ambiance of Bajamar. Viņas de Bajamar will be set directly across from the Bajamar Golf Resort and developed amongst lush wine vineyard scenery.
Viñas de Bajamar will be Mexico’s first major master planned mixed-use community developed within a vineyard setting as well as establishing Mexico’s first coastal winery. Viñas de Bajamar will expand across the hills above the Baja California coast, extending toward the famous Mexican wine country of Valle de Guadalupe. Our vision is to create a Gateway to the Mexican Wine Country by inviting all local wineries to participate in the development of the Guadalupe Valley wine experience at Viñas de Bajamar as well as creating access through Viñas de Bajamar to the Guadalupe Valley, saving travelers and visitors to the famous wine region substantial travel time.
With a total area of 2,500 acres, the project comprises the installation of commercial use zones as well as light and high technology industry and up to 3,000 residential units, including golf course, vineyards and green areas.
We invite interested secondary developers and investors to participate in a variety of projects within the development ranging from various residential finished products, to commercial and retail development. As the master developers of Viņas de Bajamar, we offer a variety of consultation and professional services that can be made available upon request.
